• Clubs must declare any remaining teams that have not been declared on the website prior to the SCSL BOD meeting and Club Survey forms distributed.
• Any changes to the Rules of Play must be submitted
• To declare a team, a club must submit the full entry fee
• Full Entry Fee - $175  per team and is non-refundable

PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU HAVE ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TEAMS AND DIVISION PLACEMENT. THE RESCHEDULE PERIOD WILL BEGIN WHEN INITIAL SCHEDULES ARE POSTED AND WILL TERMINATE ON FEBRUARY 11^th, 2008 FOR U 08 ‘s THROUGH U 14’s.

ABSOLUTELY NO RESCHEDULES FOR THE U 08 THROUGH U 14 AGE GROUPS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FEB. 11^th, 2008

December 30th, 2007- Initial Match-up Schedules Posted on Web Site

· Schedules and re-schedules with times and locations should be done using the SCSL website.

· Please use the original schedule to fill out the times and locations and send the entire schedule to the website as soon as possible.

· Reschedules will be completed per the guidelines of the website BOD Administrative Reschedule of games protocol.

· There is a $500 fine for any team drops after the schedule is published

January 14^th, 2008 - SCSL BOD Meeting

· Changes to Rules of Play voted on

· Rosters/Pass Cards - Rosters and Pass Cards due for the U-8 through U 14 age groups..  A copy of a birth certificate and current picture for all players must accompany the rosters and passcards.

INITIAL ROSTERS SUBMITTED AFTER JANUARY 14^TH, 2008 FOR THE U 08 THROUGH U 14 AGE GROUPS WILL RESULT IN THE CLUB BEING ASSESSED A $100 FINE. THE REGISTRAR IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROCESS LATE ROSTERS IN TIME FOR THE FIRST  GAME IF TIME DOES NOT PERMIT

February 11^th, 2008- February Planning Meeting

May 24^th - 26th, 2008 - Memorial Day Weekend - no games scheduled

June 8^rd 2008 - Season Closes

June 9^th, 2008 - SCSL BOD Meeting

• Assign Play Off / Tie Breaker slots
• Declare Champions where possible
• Distribute Trophies

June 27^nd -29^th 2008 MTOC

July 2008 - No BOD Meeting

August 11, 2008 - No BOD Meeting
